Refund policy
Last updated: July 31, 2026
Dalvo is operated by Omnivision Solutions Ltd, a UK limited company trading as Dalvo. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is our payment processor and the Merchant of Record for all our orders. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled.
01The policy that applies
Unless required by applicable law, transactions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Paddle may issue refunds at its discretion or where your statutory rights apply, and nothing in this policy limits any consumer protections you have under the law of your country of residence.
02Requesting a refund
Refund requests are handled by Paddle. You can reach them through the links in your Paddle transaction emails or through Paddle's buyer support portal at paddle.net. Paddle verifies eligibility and processes approved refunds to the original payment method where possible. When a refund is issued, access to the associated subscription ends.
03Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Paddle buyer portal linked in your confirmation emails, or by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and prevents further subscription payments. Cancelling does not by itself entitle you to a refund of charges already completed.
04Product support
If something isn't working, contact us first at [email protected] — most issues are resolved quickly, and failed jobs are never counted against your quota. If we can't resolve the problem, you can raise it with Paddle, which retains final responsibility for refund decisions as Merchant of Record.
